About Boneless Couch Living
Boneless Couch Living is a direct-to-consumer furniture brand serving the United States. Our sofas, sofa beds, sectionals and chairs are designed to our own specifications, made in China, then stocked in US warehouses and shipped to customers here.
What we make
A boneless couch is a sofa built without a wood frame: dense foam does the structural work, so the whole piece can be vacuum-compressed into parcel boxes, carried through a normal doorway, and expanded at home with no assembly. Every product page lists what is actually inside that model — all-foam, spring core or steel base — in the spec table, because not every compressed sofa is built the same way and we would rather you know before you buy. If you want to see how our construction compares with budget alternatives, read why ours lasts, where we cut open competitors' sofas and assess the foam by hand.
How your order reaches you
Everything sold on this site is stocked in warehouses inside the United States, including our fulfillment warehouse at 850 Douglas Hills Rd, Suite 100, Lithia Springs, GA 30122, United States. Orders ship by UPS or FedEx Ground within 1 business day and arrive in 3–10 business days anywhere in the contiguous 48 states, with free shipping. Full details — box sizes, doorstep delivery, what to do if a box arrives damaged — are on the shipping & returns page, and the size guide shows every configuration's assembled and boxed dimensions.
Returns and support
You have 30 days from delivery to return an order; the terms, including the restocking fee for expanded foam, are spelled out in our refund policy. Questions before or after you order go to the team behind the brand: email services@bonelesscouchliving.com or call +1 502-536-7918.
