Boneless Couch Living is a direct-to-consumer furniture brand serving the United States. Our sofas, sofa beds, sectionals and chairs are designed and built on our own production line, made in China, then stocked in US warehouses and shipped to customers here.
What we make
A boneless couch is a sofa built without a wood frame: dense foam does the structural work, so the whole piece can be vacuum-compressed into parcel boxes, carried through a normal doorway, and expanded at home with no assembly. Every product page lists what is actually inside that model — all-foam, spring core or steel base — in the spec table, because not every compressed sofa is built the same way and we would rather you know before you buy. Orders ship by UPS or FedEx Ground within 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–10 business days anywhere in the contiguous 48 states, with free shipping. Returns and support
You have 30 days from delivery to return an order; the terms, including the restocking fee for expanded foam, are spelled out in our refund policy.
