We're the factory, not a reseller
Wholesale orders are produced on our own line — we specify the foam, mold the modules, compress and pack them, and stand behind the result. If you are evaluating boneless couch suppliers, you are talking to the people who build the product, not a middleman relabeling someone else's foam. That is why we can answer construction questions directly, publish shipping data most suppliers don't, and discuss OEM changes without going back to a third party.
Why compressed furniture makes wholesale sense
Traditional upholstered furniture ships as finished, framed pieces — bulky, irregularly shaped, and mostly shipping air. That drives up freight cost per unit and limits how a wholesale buyer can move inventory. A boneless couch is built so the whole piece compresses into cartons: no wood frame to protect, foam doing the structural work. For a buyer that means parcel-sized inbound freight, far denser container loading, and a product that can be sold online and shipped by UPS or FedEx without a freight-delivery program.

Construction standards we build to
To cut cost, many compressed sofas build their armrests from scrap foam offcuts mixed with loose fiber fill. It feels fine on day one and deforms within months — and it is invisible in a product photo.
Our armrests are molded as a single piece of foam — no offcuts, no loose fill — so they resist deformation over years of leaning and sitting. Seat cushions are the same: one moulded piece, not fill.
Throw pillows are the deliberate exception. Those are filled with shredded foam, because a pillow is supposed to give and reshape around you — a single moulded block makes a bad pillow. The distinction is where the load goes: anything you sit on or lean against structurally is one moulded piece; anything meant to be squashable is fill. When you are comparing suppliers, that is the question worth asking, not "is there any shredded foam in it".
We source our foam from East Asia Sponge and specify it by density rather than by price. We publish the supplier's stated density on the models where the supplier states one, marked supplier-stated and not lab-tested, and say so on the models where none is stated — we do not run laboratory density testing — and we explain what density means for sag on Why Ours Lasts. What is the lead time? Plan on 30–40 days from order confirmation to dispatch for factory-direct wholesale orders. That is the production-and-sailing window for our compressed line and it is the main trade-off against buying from a domestic warehouse, so we say it up front: if your program needs faster replenishment than that, tell us in the inquiry and we will say honestly whether we can serve it.
Do you support OEM or private label? Yes. Email us with your target specs — branding, fabric, configuration — and we will discuss what is feasible and how it affects the quotation.
Where do you ship from? Shipping origin and logistics details are covered in the quotation sheet we send after your initial inquiry, since they can vary by order.
