These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bonelesscouchliving.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Boneless Couch Living ("we," "us," "our"). The furniture sold on this Site is made in China and is stocked in and shipped from warehouses in the United States. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement and that the payment method you use is yours or that you're authorized to use it.

2. Where we ship

We sell and ship only to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or international addresses. See our Shipping Policy for details.

3. Products, descriptions, and images

We work hard to describe our products accurately — dimensions, foam density, weight capacity, and materials. Even so:

• Colors vary between screens. Fabric color on your monitor or phone may differ from the physical product. Where a color difference is the only issue, our Refund Policy offers a partial-refund-and-keep option.
• Dimensions are nominal. Foam products have manufacturing tolerance. Published measurements are accurate to roughly ±1 inch and are taken after full expansion.
• Product photos may show configurations sold separately. Read the "what's included" section on each product page.

We may change products, specifications, and prices at any time without notice. We're not obligated to keep any product available.

4. Pricing and payment errors

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price — a typo, a data-feed error, or a currency conversion fault. If an item's correct price is higher than the listed price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm before shipping. We are not obligated to honor an obviously erroneous price. We will never charge you more than the price you agreed to at checkout without telling you first.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for:

• Suspected fraud or an unauthorized payment method
• Product unavailability or a pricing error
• An order that appears to be for resale rather than household use
• A shipping address we cannot serve

If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund you in full.

You may cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet by emailing us. Once the carrier has the parcel, cancellation becomes a return — see our Refund Policy.

6. Returns, refunds, and after-sales

Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms and governs all returns, refunds, restocking fees, damaged-on-arrival claims, and our 90-day quality guarantee. Please read it before ordering — compressed foam products have return mechanics that differ from ordinary furniture, and we explain why on that page.

7. Intended use and assembly

Our products are designed for normal household use. They are not rated for commercial, rental, institutional, or outdoor use, and using them that way voids our coverage.

Follow the included instructions when unboxing and arranging modules. Give foam the time stated on the product page to fully expand before judging its shape. Don't exceed the published weight capacity. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper assembly isn't covered.

8. Your account and submissions

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and isn't unlawful, defamatory, or infringing. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — text, photography, product imagery, graphics, logos, and the Boneless Couch Living name — are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by US and international law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Site availability

We provide the Site "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may modify or discontinue any part of it at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boneless Couch Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including lost profits or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boneless Couch Living and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Third-party services

The Site runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, and reviews. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we're not responsible for their content or conduct. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas — except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, which it does for consumers in the United States.

15. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted here with its "last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
