30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and one honest caveat shapes how it works: expanded foam cannot be vacuum-compressed back into its original box. For minor issues that don't justify a full return, we may offer a partial refund so you can keep the couch; depending on the reason, we may at our discretion arrange a local donation in place of shipping it back. Email us for a Return Authorization before sending anything.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A 10% restocking fee applies if the boxes were opened, the foam expanded, or the item was assembled. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return; your bank may take a little longer to post it.

If anything arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery — 7 days for defects that weren't visible on arrival — and we replace the module or refund in full. Full return policy

90-day quality guarantee

Separately from the 30-day return window: if a manufacturing or quality defect shows up within 90 days of delivery, you can request a refund or a replacement, and we cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

That covers foam sag beyond normal wear, connector failures, and cover seam defects — not stains, pet damage, or normal cosmetic wear.
