Free shipping to all 48 contiguous states and DC — no surcharge at checkout.

Your couch ships vacuum-compressed in compact boxes by UPS or FedEx ground: it usually leaves our US warehouse within 1 business day, so plan on 3–10 business days door to door.

This is curbside or doorstep parcel delivery, not white-glove. Full shipping details

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and one honest caveat shapes how it works: expanded foam cannot be vacuum-compressed back into its original box. For minor issues that don't justify a full return, we may offer a partial refund so you can keep the couch; depending on the reason, we may at our discretion arrange a local donation in place of shipping it back. Email us for a Return Authorization before sending anything.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A 10% restocking fee applies if the boxes were opened, the foam expanded, or the item was assembled. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return; your bank may take a little longer to post it.

If anything arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery — 7 days for defects that weren't visible on arrival — and we replace the module or refund in full. Full return policy

90-day quality guarantee

Separately from the 30-day return window: if a manufacturing or quality defect shows up within 90 days of delivery, you can request a refund or a replacement, and we cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

That covers foam sag beyond normal wear, connector failures, and cover seam defects — not stains, pet damage, or normal cosmetic wear.

Because the couch is modular, an approved claim ships a replacement for just the affected module; you never box up and return the whole sofa. Send us photos to start a claim. See what's covered

One seat, 55 inches wide, in polyester: a boneless cloud daybed for a corner, a nursery, a home office, or beside a bed. Available in Brown, Beige, Black + Gray, Blue and Green.

Round, 55 inches across, with a heart-shaped back cushion you can move or take out — sit against it, or set it aside and the whole circle becomes a daybed. The waffle-textured polyester is the part people notice first; the shape is what makes it a cloud daybed rather than a small chair you only ever sit upright in. Foam over a spring core, no wood frame — which is how a single-seat piece this wide still arrives compressed in one carton.

Built as foam over a steel spring core, with no wood frame. The spring core gives a firmer, more conventional sit than an all-foam piece, and it still ships vacuum-compressed with nothing to assemble. It expands over about 72 hours once unboxed — usable within a few hours — so open it in the room where it will live.

It ships by UPS or FedEx ground within 1 business day and arrives in 3–10 business days door to door, in one carton weighing 62.2 lb packed; assembled it measures 55.2 × 55.2 × 25 in. The largest carton is 60 × 14.6 × 13 in.

The cover is removable — follow the care label that ships with the order. Every order carries 30-day returns and a 90-day quality guarantee.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does the boneless cloud daybed ship?

Your boneless cloud daybed ships compressed into carry-in boxes delivered by a parcel carrier like UPS or FedEx — no freight truck, and the boxes fit through standard doorways, elevators, and stairwells. It's sittable almost immediately after unboxing, with full loft settling in over about 72 hours.

Is there a frame inside?

There's no wood frame. The boneless cloud daybed is foam over a spring core — the springs give it a firmer, more conventional sit than an all-foam piece, and it still ships vacuum-compressed with nothing to assemble.

Can I wash the covers?

The covers are removable by design, which makes cleaning easier than fixed upholstery. Check the care label included with your order for the exact wash instructions for your fabric.

Will it fit in my space?

Yes — the boneless cloud daybed is sized for apartments, small rooms, and tight stairwells, and it ships compressed in a carry-in box so it's easy to get up narrow staircases or into a small elevator.
